We offer the formation of Limiteds in United Kingdom. The registration takes approximately 2 days. You can choose whatever name you want as long as it is not already taken. Words like "Bank", "Insurance" or "Royal" are restricted. The authorized capital has to be J1 (approx. EUR 2) and is already included in the registration fee. The company is limited in its liability. That means your private assets are protected in case of bankruptcy.

The registration is done with the widest range of business activities allowed, so you can expand in the future without having to file amendements. There are no references required. All you have to be is over 18 years of age. The company can do business worldwide. You have to file annual tax declarations but taxes are lower than in many other countries.
